Headshots Event Planning FAQs

We host corporate gatherings, birthday parties, gaming/esports events, fundraisers, and other events. 

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for large events of 20+ people. 

• To book an event or check availability, contact Headshots Bar & Grill directly by phone, email, or through our website’s event planning form.

• For events of 20+ guests, please fill out the event planning form and our team will review your inquiry.

Yes; however, patrons under age 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older.

• Pricing varies by group size, food, and time spent. It is $5 per person for unlimited access to our games. A reservation secures you a table for the experience for 90 minutes for parties up to 6, and 2 hours for parties of 7+. 

• If you plan to stay longer, please let us know in the reservation note; our team will do our best to accommodate. However, extended reservation time may affect pricing. 

• Standard events include a 20% gratuity on parties 6+  

• Additionally, reservations for 20 guests or less are prepaid at the time of booking. Pricing may vary depending on groups of larger than 20 guests depending on accommodations, and special requests.

• Capacity depends on the event space and layout. Smaller groups and large parties are welcome, and we’ll help you determine the best fit for your guest count. 

• For events with 20+ guests, please fill out the Event Planning Form. 

Your final guest count is due 72 hours before your event. 

You may adjust headcount up or down until the 72‑hour mark. After that point, we’ll do our best to accommodate increases based on space and kitchen capacity. 

We’ll seat and serve additional guests if capacity allows. However, extra per‑guest charges will apply, and service timing may be affected.
